BE offers specialized Low Smoke & Fume Zero Halogen Wires & Cables, in accordance with International (IEC) and British (BS) standards.

LSF0H wires & cables are used in a wide range of electrical applications like railway, subway substations, airports, mass transit facilities, public locations, hotels, hospitals, mosques, markets, malls and indoor work places.

BE is the first accredited company in KSA by BASEC for LS0H wires and cables. All tests of LS0H cables are carried out in accordance with IEC 61034, IEC 60754-1 & IEC 60754-2 in its own laboratories accredited by A2LA ISO/IEC 17025:2005.

Cu/LSOH-XL | 450/750V | BS Standard

Specification:

  • Designation Type H07Z-U, H07Z-R and H07Z-K BS EN 50525-3-41 (Formerly BS 7211:1998). Flame Retardant to IEC 60332-1 Vertical Flame Propagation Test. Our products tested at internationally reputable labs, BASEC & bsi.

Conductor:

  • Soft annealed copper according to BS EN 60228, Class 1, Class 2 stranded and Class 5 flexible conductor.

Insulation:

  • Halogen free, low smoke cross-linked material (LS0H-XL) of Type EI 5 to EN 50363-5 90 °C. Colors are available upon request.

Special Requirements (upon request):

  • Different packing options are available.

XLPE insulated LS0H sheathed cables 0.6/1.0 kV and 1.8/3.0 kV, IEC & BS Standards

Specification:

  • Electrical low voltage cables complying with IEC 60502-1 BS 6724. Our products tested at internationally reputable labs, BASEC & bsi. All cable are Flame Retardant to IEC 60332-3.24 Category C Flame Propagation Test, Oil resistance and Sunlight & UV Resistant.

Conductor:

  • High conductivity soft annealed copper according to BS EN 60228, Class 1, Class 2 stranded and Class 5 flexible conductor and Stranded aluminum conductor Class2. Conductor can be offered with round, round compacted and sectored shape.

Insulation:

  • Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) with Maximum service temperature 90ºC.

Armoring (upon request):

  • Aluminum Wire Armored “AWA” for single core cable.
  • Galvanized steel wire “SWA” for multi core cable.

Outer Sheathing:

  • Low Smoke & Fume Zero Halogen (LS0H)

Special Requirements (upon request):

  • High fire performance, Flame propagation tests: IEC 60332-3.23 Category B - IEC 60332-3.22 Category A
