  • Establish and Implement Quality, Environmental, and Occupational health and safety policy and insure it’s communication to all company personnel, contractors and visitors and ensure that the policy is periodically reviewed to confirm its appropriateness to the company.

  • Enhancing the skills of management and staff through review and actively pursuing an on-going training policy, the objective of which is to prepare staff to perform their work more effectively.

  • Continually improve the performance of QMS, OHSAS and EMS systems through internal and setting objectives and targets as per relevant documented procedures.
  • Take due care to ensure that activities are safe for employees, associates and subcontractors.
